Great location, clean rooms, helpful staff, easy access to transportation, nice views, comfortable hotel.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

The hotel is in a great location, just a 3-minute walk from Shinjuku station. The rooms on the higher floors offer lovely views. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, with larger size than similar priced hotels in Paris or Milan. The bathroom amenities by Shiseido are a nice touch. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. The lobby on the 20th floor is also a great feature. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

We stayed at a hotel in a fantastic location, right next to Shinjuku Station. It made getting around Tokyo super easy. The hotel itself was super clean and the rooms were spacious. We loved using the complimentary cellphone to navigate the city. The breakfast included had a good variety of options, making it a convenient way to start the day.

Great breakfast on 20th floor with beautiful views, suitable for both Japanese and non-Japanese. Very close to Shinjuku station, 5-min walk. Good views from rooms above 20th floor. Comfy lobby area showcases impressive art and pictures, like the one with tulips. Small but excellent shop in lobby.

The hotel is perfectly situated just outside the bustling Shinjuku train station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Tokyo. You can easily navigate the city from here, whether it's taking a train straight down to the intersection or enjoying a leisurely stroll to the nearby large Park. The room was spacious and clean, with a fabulous view of the city. The staff provided exceptional service, always polite and helpful. The breakfast on the 20th floor had a wide variety of delicious options and offered a stunning view.

One of the hotel's main restaurants was being refurbished during our stay, limiting our dining options.

I had the most fabulous return visit to Century Southern Tower in Tokyo. The location and style of the hotel are unmatched. The rooms are a good size and the breakfast selection is wonderful. The hotel is conveniently located near Shinjuku Station, making it easy to explore Tokyo. The staff provided really good service, even going above and beyond by having my forwarded suitcase ready for me upon check-in. The hotel is surrounded by plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions, including Yoyogi Park and Meiju Jingu Shrine. Plus, the hotel offers a hassle-free limo bus service to the airport. I highly recommend Century Southern Tower for a fantastic stay in Tokyo.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The location is incredible, just a few steps from one of the busiest train stations in the city, which made it very easy to move around and explore all the attractions. The service was top-notch, and the staff were always helpful and accommodating, providing great amenities such as free Wi-Fi and luggage storage. The facilities were outstanding, with a bar/lounge area and a restaurant that served excellent food. I also enjoyed the view from my room, and the fact that it was soundproofed made it even better.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area.
